Dewey: The Small Town Library Cat Who Touched The World, by Vickie Myron, is a non-fiction book published by Grand Central Publishing.

Dewey was an orange tabby cat that had a rough start in life. He was found in the library book return slot by the librarian Vicki Myron in Spencer, Iowa, when he was just a few weeks old. Dewey's book describes his adventures as a Library Cat  (Important for readers to know: Library Cat was a special position made by Vicki for Dewey for his time at the library). Dewey was in over 250 newspapers, including USA today, the Des Moines Register, and the New York times, and was on national television.
